I'm curious if campus security (Like hell I'm calling them cops, they know what they are) would be cool with me zipping along on one of these. We got weedwacker bikes and mopeds, it'd be fantastic if I could go to class like a bamf

If they allow weedwacker bikes (assuming they are not street legal around you) you probably could make a pretty good argument.

id say if you find some sort of removable silencer for the exhaust to make it nearly silent, they wouldnt care at all. Half the problems with these and getting complaints is usually noise. Then just take off the silencer when you want to make some real noise.

I'd say that they couldn't get much on you, Haha.

Buy a Honda Trail 70 instead. It is street legal too.

Yeah and they are pretty cheap and easy to work on.
I want one but instead I built this for $80
25cc 1.5 cu Top speed at high 30's.

I just want some sort of lightweight petrol 2 wheeled thingy. DD gets shit mileage, and walking to class is a great way to produce enough sweat to drown a colony of fire ants

I would go with the Honda Trail 70 it gets good MPGs and is pretty fun.

we used to rock these around town. 4 of us. Slow drag racing on a 4 lane st. 50ccs of pure awesome. Topped at 90km per h. 96-100 if you tucked in right and put your feet on the rear signals with a downhill tailwind.
Then one guy got a pipe. The next a sprocket. Then someone wiped his out on a car bumper and another guy got the 80cc model. The local bike shop had put a 125 or 250cc in one and you couldn't ride it for shit.
I sold mine to the crasher. The nice thing was if you took the battery cover off the rear, it could hold a large coke cup from McDs. Unless you went really low on a corner.
